FDL have been awarded the demolition of Brazennose House in the centre of Manchester.

The building is a 7 storey office block with a basement and underground car park and situated between Deansgate and Albert Square.

The client is Marshall CPD and the client’s administrator is Arcadis UK.

Timescales for the project are to be confirmed but not demolition will occur until the new year at the earliest due to the presence of the Manchester Christmas Markets running alongside the building throughout December.
