Church Wharf, Bolton

FDL have been awarded the second phase of demolition for the Church Wharf project in Bolton by Robertson FM on behalf of Bolton Council.  The site contained a building called Project House and Wharf Foundry which have been vacant for a few months.  FDL carried out the demolition of phase 1 of the project adjacent to Manor Street earlier in 2022 and this phase paves the way for the area between St. Peter’s Way and Manor Street to be redeveloped, known as Church Wharf.  Work is due to start towards the end of November 2022.
