Award of Darley Court, Bolton

FDL have been awarded the demolition of the former Elderly Persons’ Home in Halliwell, Bolton known as Darley Court.  The building has been empty for several months having been earmarked for demolition and has been subsequently vandalised.  To minimise further disturbances, Bolton Council have requested a fast start on site so we are aiming for early January 2022.
